TRC Plan Review

The Currituck County Planning & Inspections Department is responsible for coordinating the county’s development review process. This review process includes a collection of local, state, and federal regulatory agencies that form the Technical Review Committee (TRC) and together are responsible for reviewing, recommending or approving development proposals. Generally, submittals to the TRC include commercial site plans, use permits, rezonings, and subdivision plans.
