General Election
Information

The General Election will be held Tuesday, November 8, 2022.

Request for Absentee Ballots will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 1, 2022.  A voter can fill out an Absentee Ballot Request Form:

  • online
  • In-Person at Currituck County Elections office.

Voter Registration deadline is 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 14, 2022.

One-Stop Early Voting begins Thursday, October 20, 2022.  You can vote at the election office Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 7:30 p.m.  Last day to vote early will be Saturday, November 5, 2022, from 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. There will ONLY be ONE Saturday to vote early, that is Saturday, November 5, 2022.

Currituck Farm Festival

Take time out of your busy schedule on Saturday, October 1, 2022 from 12:00 – 4:00 p.m. to attend the Currituck Farm Festival, a celebration of our agriculture heritage! This event will be held at the Currituck County Center of North Carolina Cooperative Extension.
