Corolla Village
Small Area Plan
Small Area Plans are policy documents based on data gathered by county staff, guidance from a group of stakeholders, and community input. Once adopted, the document will be used by:
- county staff
- state agencies
- appointed officials
- private investors
- and the elected body
to promote orderly growth and make important cultural, economic, and land use decisions for the Corolla Village area. The document is often used to evaluate rezoning and use permits.
