The Currituck County Citizen Self Service online payment and permitting website will be temporarily unavailable beginning at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, October 26, 2026 through 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, due to routine maintenance.
Any payments previously scheduled for these dates will be canceled because existing scheduled payments cannot be modified during the maintenance period.
Please note:
- No late penalties will be assessed as a result of this maintenance.
- Water customers will not experience service cutoffs due to the cancelled payments.
- Online payments can be scheduled before October 26 or after October 28, 2026.
In-Person Services
County government offices will remain open during normal business hours. Residents who need assistance or wish to conduct business in person may visit the appropriate County office.
