Persons eligible to access the Wellness Clinic are:

• All Currituck County employees
• Retirees covered under the County’s Cigna medical insurance plan
• Dependents covered under the County’s Cigna medical insurance plan

The Clinic is located inside:

Currituck, North Carolina  27929

Information regarding services and other details will be mailed to you from the Health Department.

The hours of the Wellness Clinic are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and telehealth services will be provided.

It is best to schedule an appointment by calling 252-232-2271. There is a nurse on call after hours services (staff can leave message for nurse to return call).

If you are sick and need to visit the clinic, please call and schedule an appointment for that day.  You will be told what is the best time to come to the clinic and not have to wait around scheduled appointments to be seen.
