It probably comes as no surprise that the weeks between Thanksgiving and New Year’s pose all kinds of challenges for anyone trying to maintain a healthy weight. One way to continue to enjoy holiday traditions, including the ones involving food, without feeling guilty or putting on those pesky pounds is to keep moving! Let’s step into the holidays together while engaging in some friendly competition!
Stepping Into The Holidays Walking Challenge Goals
- Walk 5,000 or more steps per day for 5 days each week
- Walk 5,000 more steps per day for 20 days during December
A December step-tracking calendar is available for your tracking convenience.
Each Monday, starting Monday, December 8, 2025, you’ll submit your last weeks step count.
The online submission form will open on Friday, December 5, 2025.
Weekly Prize Drawing
Anyone who walks 5,000 or more steps per day for at least 5 days in the previous week will be entered into a drawing for a $25 Amazon gift card. (One weekly entry per person.)
Grand Prize Drawing
Walk 5,000 or more steps per day for 20 or more days between December 1–29, 2025 and you’ll be entered into the grand prize drawing for a $50 Amazon gift card—even if you’ve already won a weekly prize.
