- Civil, respectful, and courteous discourse and behavior are conducive to the democratic and harmonious airing of concern and decision making and:
- Uncivil discourse and/or discourteous and inappropriate behavior have a negative impact on the character and productivity of the decision-making process.
- To preserve the intent of open government and maintain a positive environment for citizen input and Board decision making, the following Meeting Protocol and Rules of Decorum have been adopted.
- Compliance with the meeting protocol is expected and appreciated. A printed version of the Protocol is available. We encourage citizens to familiarize themselves with the Protocol prior to offering public comment.
