Applications for this year’s trash and recycling fee waivers are being accepted by the Currituck County Tax Department through December 31, 2025, for low-income homeowners. Eligibility is based on household income and the number of individuals living in the household. Proof of income is required.
Application forms are available online or by contacting the Tax Department at 252-232-3005, ext. 4054.
Annual applications must be submitted each year. No applications will be accepted after December 31st.
