  2. PB 26-01 Currituck County. Request to amend the Unified Development Ordinance, Chapter 4: Use Standards, to modify the requirement for Public Convenience Center/Transfer Stations. APPROVED

  3. Game Commission – Reappoint Justin Hazlett to first full term ending June 1, 2027; and Reappoint Andy Shilling to third full term ending June 1, 2027.
  4. Senior Citizens Advisory – Reappoint Donna McCormick to 2nd full term ending Feb. 1, 2028.
  5. Tourism Advisory – Appoint Mike Martine to fill unexpired term ending Nov. 30, 2026.
