TAKE NOTICE THAT the Currituck County Historic Preservation Commission will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. to review a Certificate of Appropriateness application. The request pertains to the installation of a traditionally styled, wood-built gazebo on the southeast side of the M.C. Poyner House, a designated Local Landmark located at 219 Shingle Landing Road, Moyock.
The meeting will take place in the Board Meeting Room of the Historic Currituck Courthouse, located at 153 Courthouse Road, Currituck, North Carolina.
This notice serves to inform and invite all interested parties to attend.
