ANNUAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026

TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Commissioners will hold a special meeting at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, in the Board Meeting Room of the Historic Courthouse, 153 Courthouse Road, Currituck, NC.

Commissioners will meet to consider the following business:

• Discussion of the Currituck County annual budget for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 for consideration and possible adoption.
• Second Reading-Ordinance Amending Ch. 9, Art. II, Secs. 9-32-9-39 of the Code of Ordinances to Add a Criminal Penalty to Noise Ordinance
• Resolution Authorizing the use of Pyrotechnics at Whalehead in Historic Corolla Park-Annual Independence Day Celebration.
• Proclamation Recognizing June 15, 2025, as World Elder Abuse Awareness Day.
