TAKE NOTICE that the Currituck County Board of Commissioners will hold a special meeting on Monday, October 21, 2024, at 4:00 PM in the Conference Room of the Historic Courthouse, 153 Courthouse Road, Currituck, North Carolina, 27927. The purpose of the meeting is for the Board to enter into a Closed Session to consult with the County Attorney and preserve the attorney-client privilege in the matter entitled 85 and Sunny, LLC v. Currituck County.
