TAKE NOTICE that the Currituck County Board of Commissioners will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. in the Conference Room of the Historic Currituck Courthouse, 153 Courthouse Road, Currituck, North Carolina. The Special Meeting is being held for the purpose of entering Closed Session pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. §143-318.11(a)(3) to consult with the county attorney and preserve the attorney-client privilege regarding the matter captioned Costanzo et. al v. Currituck County and, pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. §143-318.11(a)(6) to discuss personnel matters.
