TAKE NOTICE that the Currituck County Board of Commissioners will travel to the Supreme Court of North Carolina to attend oral arguments in the matter entitled Costanzo, et al. v. Currituck County, et al. (Occupancy Tax litigation). The hearing will take place at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at the NC Supreme Court building located at 2 East Morgan Street, Raleigh, North Carolina, 27601. A quorum of the Board of Commissioners may or may not be present, and no official action will be taken.
