TAKE NOTICE that a Special Meeting of the Currituck County Board of Adjustment is scheduled for Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Historic Courthouse Board Meeting Room, 153 Courthouse Road, Currituck, North Carolina.

The purpose of this meeting is to hear evidence on the specific section of the Unified Development Ordinance for determining whether Petitioner’s unlisted use was similar or dissimilar to a prohibited use in such zone – Misty Young v. Currituck County, 23-CVS-98; BOA 22-01.
