TAKE NOTICE that the Currituck County Board of Commissioners will travel to Moyock, North Carolina, on Thursday, August 10, 2023, to participate in two ribbon cutting ceremonies celebrating completion of the Moyock Middle School and Moyock Elementary School Expansion Projects. The Board will meet at 9:30 a.m. at Moyock Middle School, 216 Survey Road, Moyock, for a ribbon cutting ceremony and tour of the Moyock Middle School expansion project. At 10:30 a.m. Board members will travel to Moyock Elementary School, 255 Shingle Landing, Moyock, for a ribbon cutting and tour of the Moyock Elementary School expansion project. This gathering may constitute a Special Meeting should a quorum be present. No formal action will be taken by the Board.
