May’s Employee Wellness Activities
May is Mental Health Awareness Month
Each May, communities across the country recognize Mental Health Awareness Month—a time dedicated to promoting mental wellness, reducing stigma, and connecting individuals with helpful resources. Mental health is an essential part of overall well-being, influencing how we think, feel, and interact with others. It can also affect sleep, productivity, relationships, and daily life.
If you are looking for support or resources, Human Resources is here to help guide you to the services available.
