I Voted Sticker Contest

The Contest

The contest is open to any young person, up to age 18, who is a resident of Currituck County.  Multiple entries are permitted.  Artists should design a logo that we will use to create 2-inch “I Voted” stickers and digital graphics that can be used for sharing for the November  5, 2024, Presidential Election.  “I Voted” must appear somewhere in the design, but the rest is up to you.

How to Enter

Participants must submit their design(s) by Friday, July 19, 2024. Download a sticker template and information packet and then send a photo, PDF, JPEG of your design by:

Upload Design:

• All artwork submitted should be original artwork and may not include copyright images.
• Artwork should include the phrase “I Voted”.
• Artwork should be non-partisan and may not promote any party, candidate, or issue.
• Artwork may, but is not required to, portray images associated with Currituck County.
• Entries may be submitted with the template or using your own materials. Don’t forget to include your name.  Keep in mind the design will be printed on a 2” x 2” sticker.
• Entries will be reviewed by a committee, then the top designs will be voted on by the general public on this webpage.
• The top vote-getter’s design will be featured on the election stickers.

The Fine Print

By submitting an entry, you acknowledge the artwork is original and will become the property of Currituck County Government to use for sticker artwork for Currituck County elections.  No compensation will be provided; the artist will be featured on our website and receive a certificate of appreciation.
