The Project involves the construction of an approximately 9,100 square foot museum building and restroom adjacent to the Currituck Lighthouse site. It will house the historic boats stored on the Historic Corolla Park site.

This will be a formal bid. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The bids will be evaluated and contract will be awarded in accordance with the statutory requirements.
