The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) is accepting public comments on proposed ferry toll rates and the methodology used to establish them through Friday, October 23, 2026.
This is an opportunity for Currituck County residents, particularly those who rely on the Currituck–Knotts Island ferry, to review the recommendations and share their feedback directly with NCDOT.
