TAKE NOTICE that members of the Currituck County Board of Commissioners and county staff will host a community meeting on Monday, May 11, 2026, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., in the gymnasium of Jarvisburg Elementary School, 110 Jarvisburg Road, Jarvisburg, North Carolina.
The purpose of this meeting is to engage residents and stakeholders in a discussion about community priorities, goals, and long-term planning as part of the County’s strategic planning process. Feedback gathered will help guide the development of the strategic plan and inform future decision-making, with a focus on housing, infrastructure, economic development, and overall quality of life.
Residents of Lower Currituck are encouraged to attend and will have the opportunity to share comments and provide input for consideration. This meeting is one of several that will be held throughout the county in the coming months.
