North Carolina Cooperative Extension in Currituck invites the public to attend its Annual Report event, a fun and engaging opportunity to learn more about the wide range of programs, impacts and opportunities Extension offers the community. The event will take place on Monday, March 2, 2026 from 4:30–6:00 p.m. at 120 Community Way in Barco.

The event is open to the public and free to attend however, registration is required at currituckrtp26.eventbrite.com. Community members, partners, and stakeholders are encouraged to stop by, enjoy refreshments, and learn more about Extension programs available in their area.

This year’s Annual Report event features a Price Is Right–themed presentation highlighting Cooperative Extension’s annual impacts across agriculture, youth development, health and nutrition, and community development. Attendees can expect an interactive experience, lively presentations, and heavy appetizers.

“This event is designed to be informative, interactive, and enjoyable,” said Cameron Lowe, County Extension Director. “We want community members to see firsthand how Extension’s work makes a difference—and how they can get involved.”

Photos will be taken at this event for promotional and educational use. If you would prefer not to be photographed or have your image used, or for more information or accommodations for persons with disabilities, please contact Cameron Lowe at cameron_lowe@ncsu.edu or 252-232-2261 no later than 10 days prior to the event.
