Registration is now open for the Race on the Runway, to be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at Currituck Regional Airport. This special event will include 5K and 10K races, along with a children’s Fun Run.
Runners will enjoy a course that includes the airport’s taxiway, roads, and trails. All proceeds from the event will benefit a local group that works with abused or trafficked children.
The Race on the Runway will be held prior to the start of Planes & Plows, which is hosted by the Currituck Regional Airport and the Currituck County Center of NC Cooperative Extension. So after running, stick around for more fun!
