Wellness Screening Registration

The Outer Banks Hospital’s Health Coach will be visiting Currituck Communities in June to offer FREE wellness services to all Currituck County employees and residents. This service is open to everyone, so feel free to share it with your friends and loved ones.

The wellness check will include:

• Blood Pressure
• Cholesterol
• Blood Sugar
• Cholesterol
• BMI

The individual results are only between the individual and the clinical team.  Also, there is no need for a physician referral.  Health screenings are medical tests performed to identify potential health issues before symptoms appear. They are designed to detect diseases or conditions early, when they are often more manageable and treatable.
