Youth Holiday Ornament Design Contest
In conjunction with the 31st Annual Holiday Parade and Tree Lighting Celebration, we’re thrilled to announce the Holiday Ornament Design Contest for young artists in the community! This year’s theme is “Christmas Around the World,” honoring holiday traditions from various cultures while showcasing the spirit and pride of Currituck County.
There will be winners in each age group and the top design overall will be recognized as the Official Currituck County Holiday Ornament for 2024. Winners will be announced and featured at our Annual Holiday Tree Lighting!
The winning design will be used to create an ornament that will be available for purchase online, with all proceeds supporting the Backpacks for Kids Weekend Feeding Program—an initiative that helps provide local children with nutritious food throughout the year.
Celebrate the joy of “Christmas Around the World in Currituck County” and share in the creativity of our young artists as we prepare for a festive season!
