Update:  May, 20, 2025

Currituck County has now secured a contract with a new company, RevSpring, to provide the printing and mailing of utility bills. Customers’ bills may look slightly different in appearance, but account numbers and billing information remains the same.  Anyone with questions about their utility bill may contact the customer service office at (252) 232-2769.

Due to the unexpected closing of a billing company, the mailing of Currituck County utility bills has been interrupted. Professional Mail Services Incorporated (PMSI), a vendor used by Currituck County to mail utility bills, announced without warning on Friday, May 9, 2025, that it was closing effective immediately.

As a result, citizens who receive utility bills by mail may not receive them in a timely manner. Customers who receive bills by email will continue to receive them on a normal schedule.

All citizens are encouraged to look up their utility bills and make payments online at https://currituck.munisselfservice.com/citizens/UtilityBilling/Default.aspx. If citizens need assistance with their account number, they may call customer service at 252-232-2769.

Payments may be made online; in person at the customer service office at 2878 Caratoke Hwy, Currituck, NC, 27929; or sent by mail to PO Box 220, Currituck, NC, 27929.

Currituck County staff are contacting other billing companies to arrange for mailing services.
