Currituck County Media Release states:

I hereby grant Currituck County and its agents or employees, permission to use my name, likeness, image, voice, appearance and/or property as such may be embodied in any pictures, photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like, taken for promotional use in publications, websites, and  other electronic forms or media.

I understand and agree that all material will become the property of Currituck County and that Currituck County shall have the right to duplicate, reproduce, and use the pictures, photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images and the like for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product and any rights to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of such materials.

I hereby agree to release Currituck County and its agents or employees from any and all claims of harm and liability arising from or related to the use of such materials, including but not limited to any misuse, distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion or use in composite form, either intentionally or otherwise, that may occur during production of the finished product.

I am 18 years of age or older and I am competent to contract in my own name. I have read this release before signing below, and I fully understand the contents, meaning and impact of this release.
