North Carolina Cooperative Extension in Currituck County is pleased to announce an opportunity for our Private Pesticide Applicators to earn V credits for their Private Pesticide Applicator License. Our next V credit opportunity will be offered on Thursday, August 28, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the Currituck Extension Center.
We look forward to seeing you. This training will cover the V credit portion of the private applicator license which is required every three years. This will be presented by Chris Hassell, NCDA&CS Pesticide Inspector II. Please register for this event through Eventbrite.
Pesticide license holders with North Carolina Private Pesticide Applicator licenses set to expire in 2025 need to receive 2 hours of X credit and 2 hours of V credit by the NCDA&CS cut-off date of September 30, 2025. License holders have 3 years to receive their credits and can search the Department of Agriculture’s website or call the Extension office to check how many credits you have for the current license period.
