Pre-Bid Meeting
A Pre-bid meeting will be at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 16, 2020 at the:

Attendance is not mandatory; however, interested contractors are encouraged to attend.
Submission of Bids
Bids will be received until 4:00 p.m on Friday, August 14, 2020. Bids received after this deadline will not be accepted.

Bids submitted shall include the following items:
- One copy of General Contractors License
- One copy of Bid Form
All bids must be made on the required Bid Form. The Bid Form must be fully completed and executed when submitted.

Upon award and contract execution, construction is anticipated to begin in August 2020. Duration of construction is 120 days.
Any bid received after the time and date specified shall not be considered. It is the Contractors responsibility to verify receipt of any bids submitted to the County prior to the deadline. The County may waive any informalities or minor defects or reject any all bids.
This is an informal bid. Bids will not be publicly opened and read aloud. No Bidder may withdraw a bid within 5 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
Award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.

All questions requiring additional information will be responded in an addendum no later than Thursday, August 6, 2020. All addenda shall become part of the Contract Documents.
