Corolla Horse Fence Restoration Project
A Pre-Bid Meeting will be conducted on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at the site. Attendance is NOT mandatory; however, interested contractors are encouraged to attend.
Written questions and requests for clarification shall be submitted via e-mail to Nick Ingold no later than 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 21, 2020. All questions requiring additional information will be responded to in a final addendum, which will be issued no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 25, 2020. All addenda shall become part of the Request for Bid.
All bids must be made on the required Bid Form. The Bid Form must be fully completed and executed when submitted. Only one copy of the Bid Form is required.
This is an informal bid. Bids will not be publicly opened and read aloud. No Bidder may withdraw a bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
Award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
