Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your skills, this hands-on class will guide you through everything from chopping and seasoning to sealing and storing. Support local farms, reduce food waste, and take home jars of your own creations—perfect for gifts, meals, or snacks all year round!
Class will be held at the Currituck Extension Center from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 17, 2025. The class fee of $5 will cover class material and produce that you will be taking home.
