Currituck County is currently conducting a Salary Study with the Piedmont Triad Regional Council (PTRC). Employee participation is crucial for a successful salary study, and our process began with several Employee Kick-Off Sessions on August 20 and 21, 2024.
We realize not every employee was able to make one of the employee Position Description Questionnaire (PDQ) kick-off sessions. Take a moment to view or even review the Orientation Presentation (PDF) which outlines the process, and describes the employee participation component.
Employees in the same job class/position (doing the same work) may opt to work as a team to complete the PDQ; if employees choose to do so, all employees must agree and “sign” the PDQ before submitting to the Department Head.
Currituck County salary study kick-off made mention of a Position Description Questionnaire (PDQ) with 2 versions available:
- Position Description Questionnaire – WORD Version – Complete questionnaire on your computer and email to your department head.
Please note – the WORD form is set up so only information entered in the spaces for your entries can be used. If you run into an overflow issue, you can get more room if you highlight what you entered, then reduce the font size. - Position Description Questionnaire – PDF Version – Print questionnaire to manually fill out and send printed document to your department head.
Please submit your questionnaire to your Department Head for review by Monday, September 16, 2024.
