County staff from the Southern Outer Banks Water Plant needs to shut off water to Monterey Plaza in Corolla on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, around 8:00 p.m. to repair a leaking valve. 

Water services should be restored by early morning on Thursday. Shutting off the water should only affect Food Lion and maybe a few parts of the plaza.
