Home Bound Residents

Services are offered to any resident confined to his or her home by age, illness, physical or mental disability. Services are also available on a temporary basis for convalescents.

• A Currituck County Library Outreach staff person will visit once per month
• A maximum of 10 items will be provided monthly
• A library representative will call the day before to remind the outreach person of a visit
• Audio books, DVDs, and print books including large print books are available

Daycares

Services available to facilities located within Currituck County who are licensed, registered and insured.

• A Currituck County Library Outreach staff person will visit once per month
• A box of books or a themed library kit will be delivered monthly
• A library representative will call the day before delivering or picking up books
