The Currituck County Sheriff’s Office Is now offering a free Woman’s Self-Defense Class to the residents in our community. An excellent staff of instructors who are certified and knowledgeable in self-defense and situational awareness will teach each group. The classes will be held in an accommodating facility with all necessary equipment to insure participant safety in an appropriate learning environment.

This training is free to all county residents and will be scheduled by available time frames for instructors. We will ask that the participating citizen(s) sign a waiver acknowledging that they will be under the participant’s insurance/waiver of liability during the training.
