Pressure Canning

Low-acid vegetables need to reach a higher temperature during the preservation process to ensure that they are safe to store on the shelf. Learn more about pressure canning, how to do it safely, why we do it, and what produce requires pressure canning in our pressure canning class. Not only will you learn these skills, but you will put them to the test when we prepare and pressure can our own vegetables.
